DIATHER, Home diagnostic test, urinary tract infections, 1 piece
The urinary tract infection test is designed to detect 4 parameters in a urine sample: leukocytes, blood, nitrites and protein in urine. The test should be performed in the event of symptoms such as: a feeling of pressure on the bladder with the simultaneous inability to urinate or excretion of a very small amount of urine, burning pain when urinating, cloudy urine with an unpleasant odor, fever, malaise, pain in the lumbar region.
How to use:
Read the instructions for use. The test should use a mid-stream urine sample, preferably from the first morning collection, after an overnight (at least 4-hour) break in urination. The test should not be performed during menstruation, as it may result in incorrect results. Open the sachet, remove the test strip, do not touch the test fields. It is recommended to perform the test immediately after removing the test strip from the packaging. Immerse the test strip in the urine sample. Make sure all test pads are immersed in the urine sample for approximately 1-2 seconds. Remove the test strip from the urine sample. Remove excess urine from the strip by touching the edge of the container or a tissue (hold the test strip horizontally and touch its edge). Wait 2 minutes and read the result. Do not interpret the result after 3 minutes. The results should be read separately for each parameter.
