Prime Prices uses Royal Mail couriers to deliver orders throughout the UK.

For orders under £45, customers have two Royal Mail options to choose from:

  1. Royal Mail Tacked 48 - £3.99.
    To quote the post office: "Be assured your parcel will arrive in just two or three business days with full parcel tracking"

  2. Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.99.
    To quote the post office: "Be assured your parcel will arrive next day with full end-to-end tracking"

For orders over £45, customers also have two Royal Mail options to choose from:

  1. Royal Mail Tacked 48 - free shipping.

  2. Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.99.

After placing your order, our customer service department will process it within a few hours (up to a maximum of 24 hours). Once packed, the parcel will be handed over to Royal Mail.

You will receive email notifications with updates on your order status and tracking number. You can track your order on the Royal Mail website or you can download the Royal Mail app for more control over your delivery preferences.

Please note that the time it takes for us to pack your order must be added to the time it takes for your order to be delivered by Royal Mail. We promise that it does not take longer than 24 hours.
