  • A valid and active email address.

§4 ORDERING PROCESS

  • All prices displayed in the Store are total prices, inclusive of any applicable VAT.
  • The total cost of an order includes the product price and any applicable delivery fees.
  • To place an order, the Buyer selects products and adds them to the shopping cart.
  • The Buyer then chooses the delivery method, payment method, and provides necessary contact and delivery details.
  • The order is placed when the Buyer confirms the purchase and accepts these Terms.
  • Upon placing the order, a binding sales contract is formed between the Buyer and the Seller.
  • A confirmation of the contract will be sent to the Buyer by email.
  • Buyers may place orders either as registered users (with an Account) or as guests.

§5 PAYMENT METHODS

Buyers can choose from the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer,
  • Payment via secure payment gateway,
  • PayPal,
  • Cash on delivery (if available).

If advance payment is chosen, the Buyer must complete payment within 3 working days of placing the order.

Some payment methods may require immediate payment upon order placement.

By ordering from the Store, the Buyer consents to receive electronic invoices. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Seller.

§6 ORDER FULFILMENT

  • The Seller is obliged to deliver goods free from defects.
  • Estimated delivery times are indicated in the Store.
  • If advance payment is selected, order processing begins once payment is received.
  • If an order includes items with different delivery times, the dispatch will occur based on the latest date.
  • Deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail or other courier services selected by the Seller.

§7 RIGHT TO CANCEL

Consumers have the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which:

  • The Consumer, or a third party other than the carrier, receives the goods, or
  • In the case of multiple items, when the last item is received.

To exercise the right to cancel, the Consumer must notify the Seller using the contact details in §2 with a clear statement (e.g. email or letter).

You may use the cancellation form provided in Appendix 1, but it is not required.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send notice before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of Cancellation

  • The Seller will refund all payments received, including standard delivery charges (excluding additional charges for express delivery), no later than 14 days from the day the Seller is informed of the cancellation.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.
  • Goods must be returned without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after notifying the Seller of cancellation.
  • The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • The Consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

§8 EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT TO CANCEL

This right is only available to Consumers. Businesses or other entities do not have the right to cancel.
