How to use:

The urine sample should be collected in a clean and dry container. The first morning urine sample is preferred because it usually contains the highest concentration of FSH; however, urine samples collected at any time of day may be used. To obtain a clean test sample, urine samples showing visible sediment should be allowed to settle. Urine samples can be stored at 2-8 degrees Celsius for up to 48 hours before testing. If you are still having periods, take the first test during the first week of your cycle (days 2-7, with day 1 being the first day of your period). If the result is negative but symptoms persist, repeat a second test a week later. If you no longer have regular periods, take a test any time during the month and repeat a second test a week later. Before performing the test, allow all items to come to room temperature (15-30 degrees Celsius). Specify the test start day. Remove the test cassette from the sealed pouch and use it immediately within one hour. Place the test cassette on a clean and level surface. Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 drops of urine (approximately 120ul) to the sample well of the test cassette, avoiding trapping air bubbles in the sample well, and then start the timer. Wait until the colored lines appear. The results should be read after 3 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 10 minutes.
