Melatonin is a hormone that occurs naturally in the human body. The synthesis and secretion of melatonin in the body is increased by darkness, while light inhibits the course of processes. The body's natural production of the hormone begins after sunset and is most intense in the middle of the night, between two and four o'clock. That is why melatonin is often called the dark hormone or sleep hormone. Since the level of production of the compound decreases with age and a gradual decrease in the concentration of the substance can be observed as early as around the age of 40, it is also worth considering the supply of melatonin to the body.

Suggested usage:

Consume 1 serving (1 tablet) per day, 30 minutes before bedtime. A beneficial effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is consumed shortly before going to bed or 0.5 mg shortly before going to sleep on the first day of travel and for the next few days after arriving at the destination.

Do not use while driving or operating machinery, do not combine with alcohol consumption and other drugs, including herbal remedies.
