Action and properties The over-the-counter medicinal product Neurobion Advance is intended to prevent and treat vitamin B1, B6 and B12 deficiencies, which in certain circumstances may lead to mixed sensory-motor polyneuropathy. The cause of deficiencies may be: insufficient vitamin intake, impaired absorption, increased loss or demand for these vitamins. Application/Indications Neurobion Advance is recommended for adults who are at risk of deficiency or who are deficient in vitamins B1, B6 and B12.
