Sachol - dental gel has local anti-inflammatory, analgesic and disinfecting properties. These effects are the result of the activity of the individual components of the drug:

Choline salicylate – has local anti-inflammatory and weak analgesic properties,
Cetalkonium chloride – enhances the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of the gel,
Methyl parahydroxybenzoate and propyl parahydroxybenzoate – have disinfecting properties

Action:

The main ingredient of the drug - choline salicylate has a local anti-inflammatory and weak analgesic effect. Cetalkonium chloride enhances the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of the drug. The methyl parahydroxybenzoate and propyl parahydroxybenzoate present in the base have a disinfecting effect in the concentrations contained in the drug.

Dosage:

Always use Sachol exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist. Sachol dental gel should be used 2 to 3 times a day.

Application method:

Apply a small amount of gel to the affected area and rub it in lightly for about 2 minutes. After using the preparation, you should not drink or eat food for about half an hour. Immediately after application, the gel remains on the surface of the oral mucosa for several minutes. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.

Indications:

Indications for the use of Sachol include inflammation of the oral mucosa as well as erosions and ulcers of the oral cavity. The gel can be used for gingivitis and periodontal disease.

The active substances of the drug are choline salicylate and cetalkonium chloride. 1 g of gel contains: 87.1 mg of choline salicylate (Cholinisalicylas) and 0.1 mg of cetalkonium chloride (Cetalkoniichloridum).
