Acne is a common skin condition that affects most people at some point. It causes spots, oily skin and sometimes skin that's hot or painful to touch.                                                          

What is the main cause of acne?

• Hormonal changes that make the skin oilier. 
• Greasy or oily cosmetic and hair products.
• Certain drugs (such as steroids, testosterone, estrogen, and phenytoin).
• Heavy sweating and humidity.
• Excessively touching, resting on, or rubbing the skin.
