Ekamedica, 100% Natural Kale Juice, no added sugar, Vitamin K, 500ml
Kale is distinguished by the presence of vitamin K - is rarely found in vegetables. Vitamin K supports the prevention of cancer, including liver, breast or ovarian cancer. The anti-cancer properties of kale are also due to the content of sulforaphane, a strong antioxidant with effects confirmed by scientific research.
Kale also contains magnesium, iron, zinc and phosphorus, which are necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the body - they improve the functioning of the cardiovascular system, lower blood pressure and unblock blood vessels.
It is also an excellent source of beta-carotene, from which the body produces vitamin A, and helps prevent night blindness, which manifests itself as poor vision after dusk. The antioxidants contained in kale also have a positive impact on eye health.
