OstroVit Beta-Alanine SHOT is a liquid food supplement. Contains sweeteners. Non-carbonated drink containing beta-alanine (5 g / 80 ml). Products is for people who want their training to be longer and more effective, to increase the promotion of lipolysis (fat burning) or maintain a perfect figure.

Beta-alanine is an organic chemical compound classified as ergogenic substances. It is a laboratory-modified isomer of a natural amino acid that occurs in nature, i.e. alanine. When consumed, it is used in the production of carnosine, which acts as an acid buffer in the body. Carnosine stored in muscle cells is released in response to lowering the pH level (hydrogen ions), i.e. it regulates their acidity. The greater amount of carnosine in the muscles allows for longer training sessions.

Suggested usage:

One serving (20 ml - 4 teaspoons) consume 3 times a day with meal.

Disposable intake of beta-alanine in excess of 800 mg may cause side effects (tingling, numbness). It is advisable to consume a single serving of 800 mg with a break of at least 3 hours between individual unit servings of the product. The product is intended for people with increased physical activity. Do not exceed 3 servings during the day. Sediment is a natural phenomenon. Shake before use. Once opened, store in the fridge, consume within 48 hours.
